DR. JAY LEHR NAMED ICSC SENIOR POLICY ANALYST
Ottawa, Canada, April 25, 2019:
The Executive Director of the
International Climate Science Coalition
Mr. Tom Harris, is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Jay Lehr as Senior Policy Analyst to the coalition. Dr. Lehr spent 26 years as Science Director of The Heartland
Institute which is based in Arlington Heights, Illinois, and has been on the ICSC Science Advisory Board for the past ten years. He is an internationally renowned scientist, author and speaker who has testified before Congress on dozens of occasions... and was featured in Parachute Magazine in March 2010 for setting a new world record, having jumped from an airplane each and every month for 32 years."
" in 1991, Lehr resigned as executive director of the National Water Well Association and pleaded guilty to authorizing overcharges of $101,000 (by falsifying employee timesheets) to an EPA contract while he served as NWWA's Executive Director. He and former Finance Director Keith Lelux were fined and sentenced to six months in prison, which they both served"
THIS BEGS A QUESTION:
HOW DID LEHR MANAGE PARACHUTE JUMPS WHILE HE WAS IN FEDERAL PRISON FOR DEFRAUDING THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY OF OVER $100,000 ?
As the American Water Research Association Bulletin noted:" in 1991, Lehr resigned as executive director of the National Water Well Association and pleaded guilty to authorizing overcharges of $101,000 (by falsifying employee timesheets) to an EPA contract while he served as NWWA's Executive Director. He and former Finance Director Keith Lelux were fined and sentenced to six months in prison, which they both served"
“Working with ICSC as Senior Policy Analyst is a great opportunity to help defeat the greatest science hoax the world has ever seen,” said Dr. Lehr. “That is, of course, the widespread but completely wrong idea that dangerous global warming is occurring and is caused by human activity.”...
We aim to help create an environment in which a more rational, open discussion about climate issues emerges, thereby moving the debate away from implementation of costly and ineffectual “climate control” measures.
