We’re not afraid of icebergs out here West of Newfoundland. Since pre-humans started paddling logs over 2 million years ago we’ve been dealing with icebergs , and they have never destroyed us.
Forget climate. Let’s be honest: we’re afraid of Dangerous Anthropogenic Menaces to Navigation (DAMN). It’s a long name, with a hard word in the middle, but that’s what we’re afraid of.

Articles in Business Insider since late June make outlandish claims about the European heat wave. Outlandish because they imply this was man-made global warming destroying the environment.
