Project Description:

The Aspire to Innovate (a2i) Programme of the ICT Division and the Cabinet Division, supported by UNDP, is a special programme of the Government of Bangladesh that catalyzes citizen-friendly public service innovations, simplifies the government, and brings it closer to people. 

It supports the government at the forefront of integrating new, whole-of-society approaches to introduce sustainable solutions to existing problems in society. 

The key objective of the project is to increase transparency, improve governance, and reduce the time, costs, and visits (TCV) of obtaining government services for the under-served communities of Bangladesh.

Scope of Work

They will develop script, Location Recce, Story Board, Pre-Production Meeting (PPM), Production (Shooting, Character Design etc.), Postproduction (Editing, Animating, Music Design, Color Correction etc.)

    1. b)  Provide all kinds of logistics support to arrange virtual event 06 webinars.

    2. c)  Public outreach for national and international audiences

    3. d)  Social media mobilization – mainly Twitter and LinkedIn
