 A HEARTLAND INSTITUTE HOAX

 PR performances tend to have simple plots. In 2014 Heartland President Joe Bast arrived  in Beijing, to announce the Mandarin  translation of that grand old opry,  The Nongovernmental International  Panel on Climate Change, fresh off the un-peer reviewed press of the for-profit translation service of the Chinese Academy of Science.
