HE SHOULD HAVE PUT IT ON HIS HARVARD READING LIST

Had Roger Revelle  made his 1965 White House report on what to do about CO2  a part of Al Gore's only Harvard science course, some different questions about climate mitigation might have been raised in Gore and Hansen's famous 1988 Capitol Hill hearing:

It was not to be.  Al applied himself with greater zeal to Harvard's Student Council elections, and only mangaged a C minus in Revelle's magisterial course.
