What wouldn't the GWPF,  The Heartland Institute, and Doctors For Disasrer Preparedness   give for fresh scientific  blood, and  gravitas in the form of an Australian MD  already established on the Editorial Boards of 7 respectable Journals?
How about  a 50-pound  sack of Kibbles & Bits?
"Residing in Perth, Australia, and publishing under the pseudonym Dr. Olivia Doll, the Staffordshire terrier ( pictured above) serves on seven medical journal editorial boards, Perth Now reports.
Her research interests include “the benefits of abdominal massage for medium-sized canines” and “the impact of skateboards on canine ambulation.” Ollie’s owner Mike Daube, a public health expert who studies tobacco control, says the stunt portraying his dog as a medical researcher began as a light-hearted response to email scams from medical journals.
But recently, one journal tasked Ollie with peer reviewing a paper on tumor management, and—as of today"  Dr. Doll is still on the masthead as   Associate  Editor of the
Global Journal of Addiction & Rehabilitation Medicine
